Dr. Wei Ma is a professor and Ph.D. advisor in the department of Histology and Embryology, Capital Medical University. He graduated from Institute of Zoology, Chinese Academy of Sciences with his Ph.D. degree in 2014. After his postdoctoral training in Van Andel Research Institute and University of Pennsylvania, Dr. Ma joined Capital Medical University School of Basic Medical Sciences in 2011. Dr. Ma’s long-term interests is focused on molecular mechanism underlying oocyte development, maturation and aging, also embryonic aneuploid formation. Dr. Ma has received fundings from the National Natural Science Foundation of China, Ministry of Education of China, and Natural Science Foundation of Beijing. He has published more than 20 papers in international journals.
