Li Jin-lian, former professor and doctoral supervisor of the Department of Human Anatomy and Histology in the Basic Medical School of the Fourth Military Medical University, enjoys the special government allowance of The State Council. He is now the director of the Department of Anatomy in the Basic Medical School of Northwestern University. He has mainly been engaged in the research of nociceptive information transmission, and regulation circuit and key molecular mechanisms of motor neuronal activity. He won the "Gold Medal" of the Military Yucai Award and the “Famous Teacher” Award of Shaanxi Colleges and Universities. He has published more than 130 papers.
