Professor Xu Qunyuan, graduated from Peking University Medical School and got the PhD degree from Karolinska Institute, is the Director Beijing Center of Neural Regeneration & Repair, also is the Professor of Dept. of Neurobiology and Dept. of Anatomy, Capital Medical University and Beijing Institute for Brain Disorders. He was engaged in several different tasks, like the 2nd Secretary of International Federation of Associations of Anatomists (IFAA) and Vice-chairman of Beijing Natural Science Research Foundation, etc,. The major of his research is related to the neural degeneration, regeneration and repairing, especially in the center nervous system. In addition, he has achieved good results in his teaching work with regard to Neurobiology and Human Anatomy. So far he has published more than 250 research papers with good citation and several scientific books. He has won a series of awards and honored titles from different levels of Chinese governments and foreign countries.
