Biosketch:
Huike Yang graduated from Shanxi Medical University in 2004, majoring in Clinical medicine, and then received the master's degree and PhD degree from Harbin Medical University, majoring in human anatomy and histopathology in 2007 and 2013, respectively. From 2013 to 2014, Dr. Yang went to Tibet University of Tibetan Medicine to work as a volunteer and served as the vice director of the department of Modern Medicine of department of Basic Sciences. In 2017, Dr. Yang went to Louisiana State University Health Science Center (LSUHSC) as a visiting scholar to study for 1 year. Dr. Yang was appointed as a professor in the department of Human Anatomy in 2018, and then served as vice director of the department of Human Anatomy from 2019 to 2020. In 2020, Dr. Yang was appointed Vice Dean of the School of Basic Medical Sciences of Harbin Medical University. Dr. Yang’ research focused on the mechanism of diabetes associated tumor evolvement and vascular aging. Dr. Yang is currently the director of the Chinese Society for Anatomical Sciences (CSAS), the standing committee member of the Human Anatomy and Digital Anatomy Branch, and the secretary of the Anatomical Society of Heilongjiang Province.
