Hui Liu, Professor, MD, PhD, is a member of the Party Committee of the School of Basic Medical Sciences, Fujian Medical University, and the director of the Department of Histology and Embryology, as well as the secretary of the Party branch.
Personal Profile:
Hui Liu has been working as a frontline teacher for a long time.She graduated from Pathology and Pathophysiology subject of Fujian Medical University in 2011, and received PhD degree. In 2013, Dr. Liu went to Nagasaki University, Japan as a visiting scholar, then in 2014, she went to the University of Washington, USA as a postdoctoral researcher. Currently, Dr. Liu is a young member of the Chinese Anatomical Society, a council member of the Anatomical Society of Fujian Province, and a member of the Education and Continuing Education Sub-committee of the Chinese Anatomical Society. Her research focused on immunoendocrine regulation of tumors. Dr. Liu has presided over one National Natural Science Foundation of China and several provincial science foundation projects, and has published more than 20 articles at home and abroad, and was awarded the National Anatomical Society's Youth Outstanding Thesis Award. Dr. Liu has edited-in-chief one textbook "Experiments on Human Microscopic Morphology", and participated in the editing of several teaching materials such as "Histology and Embryology" and "Tissue and Cell Culture Technology". She was awarded the third prize of National Anatomy and Histoembryology Teaching Competition. Dr. Liu has presided over a provincial first-class course on Histology and Embryology.
